3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed online via the website.
Payment must be made in full at the time of the order.

Payments are secured through Shopify’s payment system.
An order confirmation is sent to the Client by email or WhatsApp upon receipt of payment.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars ($), taxes included (if applicable).
Trusty Boosty reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order was placed.
5. Performance of services
Services are delivered according to the terms agreed with the Client (e.g., video call, report via email or WhatsApp, document delivery).
Trusty Boosty commits to providing high-quality services in accordance with professional standards.
If a delay occurs due to external circumstances (force majeure, technical issue, illness, etc.), Trusty Boosty will inform the Client as soon as possible and propose a new delivery date.
6. Refund policy
As consulting services are customized and delivered digitally, they are non-refundable once the service has started.
However, if the Client wishes to cancel before the service begins, they may contact Trusty Boosty via 📧 contact@trustyboosty.com or WhatsApp to request a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Client obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the proper execution of the service.
Trusty Boosty cannot be held responsible for any delay or issue resulting from missing or incorrect information provided by the Client.
8. Liability
Trusty Boosty shall not be liable for any indirect damages, such as loss of revenue, clients, or data, resulting from the use of its services.
In all cases, Trusty Boosty’s total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant service.
9. Intellectual property
All documents, methods, and materials provided by Trusty Boosty remain its exclusive intellectual property.
The Client is not authorized to reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written consent.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information exchanged within the scope of the service provided.
This obligation remains in effect even after the service is completed.
11. Personal data
Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.

12. Dispute resolution
